What forms of payment does HAMA accept?
We accept all major credit cards.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax will apply for orders shipped to Alabama, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Canada. Please note: Sales tax rates vary by state and are subject to change. Be sure to enter your shipping address at checkout to see the sales tax amount.
What if I need to modify the contents of my order?
If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your credit card information and cannot process changes made after the order is placed. We also cannot remove items from an existing order. Instead, please return any unwanted items once you receive your order.
Where does HAMA ship?
We ship within the U.S.A. including Alaska and Hawaii, and Canada.
What is your return policy?
We currently offer free returns within 30 days on most items.
How can I return my order?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept eligible returns within 30 days of receipt. Please contact care@discoverhama.com should you wish to return an item.
When will I receive my refund?
Please allow 10 to 14 business days for your return to process. We will send an email notification once the item(s) have been received and the refund has been initiated. From this date, the full refund amount will appear back in the original account within three to five business days.
What certifications do your bedding products have?
All of our bedding is Oeko-Tex certified.
What certifications do your bath products have?
All of our towels are Oeko-Tex certified.
How should I care for my bedding products?
Machine wash cool using mild, liquid laundry detergent. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low.  We recommend using Wool Dryer Balls instead of dryer sheets. Remove promptly.

This website is operated by HAMA Ventures, Inc. Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to HAMA. HAMA offers this Site, including all information, tools, and services available from this Site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that Personal Information submitted on our Site or through the store (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

PRICE QUOTATIONS

The prices displayed on this site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and Canadian Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States and Canada. Additional shipping and other charges may apply for orders outside of the United States and/or into US territories, and Canada, and you will be advised of such charges and your responsibility for any portion thereof before we finalize and ship your order. Furthermore, while we do our best to assure that the taxes quoted for a particular order are accurate for the applicable location to which the order is being shipped, should an erroneous quote be provided, we will notify you of such error before finalizing and shipping your order. You will be responsible for all applicable taxes, regardless of the amount quoted on the DiscoverHama.com website at the time of your order.

We may collect personal information about you when you visit our website, visit our social media pages, visit our facilities or office, contact us or when we communicate with you, use our products and services as an authorized user on behalf of one of our customers, sign up for marketing emails or place an order resulting in transactional emails, and  register for, attend, or participate in one of our events, contests, or campaigns.

WHAT WE COLLECT IN TERMS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may share your Personal Information with third parties as follows:

Our Service Providers: We may contract with companies or persons to provide certain services including credit card processing, marketing, shipping, data analysis and management, promotional services, IT and system administration, data hosting, and research. We call them our Service Providers. We provide our Service Providers with the information needed for them to perform these services. Our Select Partners: From time to time we might establish a business relationship with other persons or entities whom we believe trustworthy and whom we have asked to confirm that their privacy policies are consistent with ours. Third-Party Marketing Partners:  We make our postal mailing address list and email list, for customers in the United States, available to selected third party marketing partners so that they may provide you with information about product or service offerings, events or promotions, which may be of interest to you. Compliance and Safety: We may share Personal Information as necessary to enforce our Terms and Conditions, detect and prevent fraud, ensure the safety and security of our customers and other persons, and protect our rights and property and the rights and property of our customers and third parties.

CHILDREN

Our websites are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 16. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information without your consent, please contact us by using the information in the “How To Contact Us” section below and we will take steps to delete the Personal Information from our systems.

CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

If you are a California resident, the CCPA requires us to disclose the following information with respect to our collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information, and your rights under the CCPA.

Categories of Personal Information Collected: In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the categories of Personal Information identified above in Section 3 “Personal Information We Collect”.

Business or Commercial Purpose for Collecting and Using Data: We collect Personal Information for the business and commercial purposes described above in Section 4 “Purposes For Use Of Personal Information”.

Categories of Sources of Personal Information: We collect Personal Information from you and the sources described above in Section 2 “When We Collect Your Personal Information”.

Categories of Personal Information Disclosed: In the preceding 12 months, we have disclosed Personal Information for business or commercial purposes: personal identifiers, contact information, internet and electronic network activity information, user information, and other information that we have derived or inferred about you, that relates to you, or is reasonably capable of being associated with you.

Sale of Personal Information: We may “sell” (defined in CCPA as “renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, in writing, or by electronic or other means, a consumer’s personal information by the business to another business or a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration”) the following categories of personal information:

We “sell” your personal information to Select Partners and to digital advertising networks. We do not knowingly collect or sell the personal information of minors under the age of 16.

Your Consumer Rights: California consumers have the right to request information regarding their Personal Information, a copy of their Personal Information, additional details about our information practices, and deletion of their Personal Information (subject to certain exceptions). California consumers also have the right to opt out of sales of Personal Information, if applicable.

You may designate an authorized agent to exercise these rights on your behalf by providing written materials demonstrating that you have granted the agent authorization to act on your behalf. Please note that if an authorized agent submits a request on your behalf, we may need to contact you to verify your identity and protect the security of your Personal Information.

Interest Based Ads Policy: We partner with third party ad networks to either display advertising on our website or to manage our advertising on other sites.
